1:ORDERS

Full Payment is required when placing your order, orders will not be processed, made or shipped until full payment is received. 

Orders can take up to 3 weeks to be complete. This may be longer at busy times i.e. in the lead up to Christmas. information will be included on my home page if there is a longer wait period and also at checkout. All items can be completed sooner for a rush fee of £5 if you require the product to be posted within 3-5 business days (+ Shipping time) or £8 if you require it within 1-3 business days (+shipping time) 

I will copy and paste from the information sent to me so any mistakes made by the customer on any orders which require the product to be amended or remade after they have already been made will incur additional charges. 
 

2:SHIPPING

The courier i use aims for delivery within 2 working days, this may be subject to change or could be longer during busy times of the year, i.e. in the lead up to christmas

Delivery is to UK mainland only and costs £4.50 - some larger orders over 10kg may incur an additional charge, if this is the case i will be in contact prior to making your order to discuss options with you. 

If delivery is attempted and returned to sender then a redelivery fee may be charged

3. RETURNS

Personalised, custom made or made to order Items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. If you have had a change of heart for any other items then they must be returned within 14 days in their original condition for a refund. The customer is liable to pay for the shipping.  The product will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. I do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post

If the item(s) you have ordered is faulty or damaged you must notify me within 3 days of receipt of the product. if this deadline is not met then i regret that I cannot offer a refund

I may ask to see pictures of the product or item before agreeing to a refund.

If returning an item please retain proof of delivery

 

4:OTHER

I may choose to use photos of your order for marketing purposes including but not liimited to, my website, facebook, instagram, twitter, etsy, at craft fairs, flyers or email. If you do not wish for your item to be used in this way please let me know in advance
